Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 48 hours. We currently ship within the continental U.S. only. Shipments will arrive via USPS Ground. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Keep delivery information in mind during the busy holiday shopping season. If you need your items or gifts by a specific date, please consider these timelines when ordering. If you indicate a specific date in the "Instructions to Merchants" box of the PayPal checkout, we will work to make sure it gets there on time, but please be reasonable in your request and expectations of delivery times.

Please make sure that all shipping addresses are correct and filled out completely. We reserve the right to refuse an order based upon our acceptable address requirements and shipping policies. We are not responsible for shipment delays or lost shipments due to incorrect, incomplete or invalid addresses or for shipping company timelines and delays. We do not ship to PO Boxes, UPS mailboxes, etc. We are not currently shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. No overseas shipping is available at this time. All shipments must be sent to a valid physical street address (issued by the USPS) with an individual's name (and company name when applicable) clearly specified.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order. You can view the shipping charges during the checkout process. All orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping. Check our site regularly during peak holiday seasons for special promotions. We make every attempt to make shipping costs as low as possible for you. We will ship your order via USPS in a flat rate box or through regular priority mail, offering you the most cost effective option depending upon weight/size of your order. Each order will be charged a $3.85 handling fee which covers our minimum shipping fee pending actual shipping cost total. We may use UPS or FedEx for large orders.

If you have any questions about shipping please contact us. We will attempt to answer all questions and/or concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order, within 24 hours (1 day) of placing an order. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us with the words ORDER CANCELLATION in the subject window and your order information in the body of the email. Please include your name, address, phone number and your reason for cancelling. If you make a request to cancel after 24 hours, and shipment has already been sent, you are responsible for shipping charges. Your PayPal account will be credited once product has been returned. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, THEY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. Cash refunds will not be given for online purchases. SPECIAL ORDER AND PRIVATE LABELED PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and customer service at Flirty Gull LLC. Due to the nature of our product however, we cannot accept returns. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package if there is a concern so that we may resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.

Damaged Merchandise

We inspect all items before shipping to insure they are undamaged
and in proper condition. We take every precaution to prepare our products properly and securely for shipping. Should an item be damaged upon receipt, contact us. We'll resolve the matter accordingly.
